Lovin’ this Melbourne based indie band… and nothing like a new album, Controller – British India to be re-commit my love.
British India have been around since 2004 and their fourth album has fulfilled all expectations… as far as I am concerned these guys just keep getting better and better.
It didn’t take me long to find a few new favourites…
In love with the melancholic Swimming In Winter – it has managed to replace I Can Make You Love Me on my play over and over again list… love Blinded and the catchy Summer Forgive Me… oh, heck I like them all.
Saw these guys play a few months back at the Kings Beach Tavern and some of the cruisier tunes are slightly more thrashy live, but hey… with cutie, Declan Melia as lead vocalist providing the eye candy … who cares…
Oh, and they will be playing at the Big Pineapple Music Festival on the 20th April 2013 if you are in the neighbourhood… yaaaayyy!
