Now… I admit it… when it comes to shoes, I have little or no will power. The discovery of a hot pair of shoes will often leave me wanting… until I ultimately have.
There have been many (read MANY) times I have found myself scouring shoe shops to find the ULTIMATE pair of hot heels that will sync perfectly with that new little number purchased for a special night out…
Just to clarify, it is not always easy complementing colours, patterns or textures, with heel height and comfort (if that is at all possible with a pair of 6 inch heels). Any shoe connoisseur (read addict) will know exactly what I mean.
Sooooo… I was sooooo excited when I found Shoes of Prey , I could barely contain myself…
I mean made-to-order shoes… in your choice of style, colour, fabric, texture, heel – there are literally hundreds of combinational options. The range goes from flats right through to super high heels. I can see one hundred and one uses for this application (of course I can…) but probably the most common application would be for School Graduation Balls and for Bridesmaid… though why stop there… races… party… surely there is some daywear that needs syncing as well…
The Shoes of Prey website is so simple to use, all you have to do is enter your email and you are off.
I had the best fun in ages making my selection…
First of all you choose your style; open toe, close toe, straps, flat, high, super high, pump, open back, zipper back….
Then you use the colour chart and choose your fabric; silk, leather, hair, lace, cotton blend, even fish skin and snakeskin.
Then, colour… and this is where it is fun because it is almost like colour by numbers.
And if you would like to finish it off… there are also a few embellishments in the way of flowers and trims.
Now, I have never been the most practical of people, so I chose super high and strappy, and just to demonstrate the versatility, I changed styles half way through. I have yet to decide on a finished product as my main problem is now, is that I need an outfit to match…
Check out the video as well, I was fascinated to see just how much work is put into actually making a shoe…
Oh, and Free Shipping…
