Flowerdale Sprout Farm is a farm based in Victoria which grows the most gorgeous edible flowers and micro herbs… which are inspiring chefs such as Alvin Leung who is infamously known as Hong Kong’s maverick chef, creator of X-treme Chinese Cuisine in his Hong Based restaurant, Bo Innovation.

In this video he is inspired by some of the more Australian iconic, ‘condiments’, shall we say, and uses VB beer for steaming, vegemite to create a fabulous sauce, and Australian seafood as the show stealing feature.

English mustard foam, seaweed jelly and ginger snow… pretty sprinklings of micro herbs, and with titles such as the Demon Chef… I can see why, his food is devilishly impressive… sin away I say!
